SHIPPING, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Online Purchase Information
This Online Purchase Information governs purchases made through our website. Please read these policies carefully prior to making a purchase. Also, please be advised that given the unique nature of our products we cannot assume any liability or responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors, or for any Loss or damage caused by or arising from your reliance on information obtained from or through this Site, and we may change information at any time. You should review our store’s policy from time-to-time as you use our site. We determine product availability at the time we email you the shipping confirmation.
Cosette accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Your credit card will be charged only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.
By submitting your order via the Site, you agree to pay the purchase price for the items you selected plus shipping and handling costs, and applicable sales tax, if any. Depending on the tax Laws in your state, you may be required to pay use tax on purchases for which we do not collect sales tax.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with information on how to get your shipment and tracking details.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier's site.
Shipping and Delivery
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will be processed the next day and is generally shipped within 24hours of processing. However, during times of heavy order volume orders normally ship within 3-5 business days of when they were placed. As for all items on backorder or out of stock, these items are marked as such on the site. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.
Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 3:00 p.m. PST.
Overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Holidays Excluded.
Please note that for international shipments, Cosette’s shipping charges do not include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.
Free shipping is offered on all items, full priced and sale. However, we do not offer return label.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Cancellations: An order can be cancelled until the date of processing or shipping for any reason free of charge. However, cancellations made on or after date of shipping cannot be made and you will be charged the full amount of your order subject to the following exception: Excluding pre-order items, if the actual shipment date of your order is delayed by more than 30 calendar days, you can cancel your order free of charge provided that we receive your cancellation prior to actual shipment. Should you choose to cancel the order, we will not charge your credit card or, if your credit card has already been charged, we will refund the purchase price.
Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns within 21 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the tags still attached. Please do not hesitate to contact us if anything seems amiss. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all purchases. Clearance merchandise and accessories are final sale. To begin the return or exchange process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization number (RA number). If you feel the merchandise you received is defective, please contact email@example.com to get a return authorization number (RA number). It is very important that you indicate the RA number in your return shipment, or else the shipment will not be accepted and a replacement or refund will not be made. If a replacement is not available and the merchandise is deemed defective, a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges will be issued. Please note that the merchandise must be intact and include original purchase receipt and tags. Damaged or worn merchandise or that looks worn will not be accepted.
Discounted or sale items: all sales are final. Any discounted items can not be returned. We do however offer exchange in sizes if they are available.
